I titled this section "Fascination" because it contains images that I keep returning to. The white splash of the waves in The Lifeguard, Shannon's bruises and cuts in Hurting, and the soft glow of my friend Melanie hanging in the darkness like a ghost keep me returning to these photos.

Each time I do they feel new.

As for the two naked and headless girls to the right... you'll just have to wait until I'm ready to explain that one.
